Exelon 13.3 mg patches (rivastigmine) work better than the lower-dose patches.

This is partially true...but don’t get too excited.

Increasing the dose from 9.5 mg to 13.3 mg doesn’t change the rate of cognitive decline. It MAY slightly improve some activities of daily living...but it’s questionable if the changes are even noticeable.

And more patients on the higher dose complain about side effects...nausea, vomiting, dizziness.
