Searle is now warning about a possible interaction between Celebrex (celecoxib) and warfarin.

This wasn't suspected when Celebrex first came out.

Celebrex by itself DOESN'T affect platelet aggregation or bleeding. Initial trials suggested there wasn't an interaction with warfarin.
