ginkgo for Alzheimer's
Lots of people are asking about ginkgo for Alzheimer's.
A recent study in the Journal of the American Medical Assoc suggests that ginkgo stabilizes...or slightly improves...cognitive function and social behavior in Alzheimer's patients.
Researchers say it's approximately equivalent to a six-month delay in the progression of the disease. Overall it's slightly less effective than Cognex (tacrine) or Aricept (donepezil).
